Fisher Price has brought back a few of their vintage toys, such as the classic Chatter Telephone (though it amuses us to think that the average child would be utterly mystified by this phone - rotary dial? We love to knit here at Hello!Lucky, and we especially love to knit tiny adorable sweaters for little people (ah! the (semi)instant gratification...), so when we saw this adorable sweater pattern byKathrin we were, ahem, a wee bit excited!
This little moustache pull is pretty darned cute too! The patterns are available on her Etsy shop...and she has a cute and inspiringblog too!
The Museum of Useful Things is well, just that. This online store carries some of our favorite crafting products such as bakers twine, giant paper clips and measuring tape tape.

We've had our eyes open for gifts, since it's getting on toward that season. We ran into Meredith's work on the Clay Studio website. The Clay Studio is a fab non-profit organization, studio, and artist residency for ceramic artists in Philadelphia. Had to give them a shout-out because they do great work, and have gorgeous handmade goodies.

Jill Baker Gower's wallpaper patterned enameled earrings are exquisite! We think they'd make perfect bridesmaids' gifts to coordinate with our Antoinette stationery design. Such an elegant mixture of modern design and vintage patterns.
And how about this gorgeous enamel and silver pendant? Jill teaches Metalsmithing at Rowan University in New Jersey, and she does beautiful work, including some very simple and elegant bridal commissions.

Last night we attended a book signing party for The Exquisite Book, a project headed by the lovely Julia Rothman. We were honored to be asked to participate in the book (see Eunice's contribution here). The signing took place at the ever fabulous Rare Device.
Eunice was on hand to sign books with her trusty companion Jude (trying to take credit for her hard work! Some people....).
The party hosted a live drawing event featuring contributing artists Caitlin Keegan, Kelly Lynn Jones, Susie Ghahremani,Tom Neely, Lorena Siminovich and Lisa Congdon.
Eunice adds her signature hot dog!

On a recent trip to Paris (oh, how we love thee!), we discovered Petit Pan - a charming little shop filled with all kinds of marvelous things...
Like this lil' rabbit, that came in his own "petite maison" (a cardboard box with holes cut out for his ears - one has to let the ears breathe, clearly!)
The aesthetic is heavily inspired by Chinese folk art and popular culture (no one does that particular shade of hot pink quite so well) but with that je ne sais quoi that is so very French...
