We are huge fans of Pikku (check out our collaborations with them here), so we were delighted to discover their new line of ribbons from Angela Liguori!

Hello!Lucky
Letterpress greeting cards, thank you notes, DIY projects, free printables and craft inspiration.

We are huge fans of Pikku (check out our collaborations with them here), so we were delighted to discover their new line of ribbons from Angela Liguori!

Maryland based Etsy seller whichgoose makes such lovely items....of course they would be beautiful at a wedding, but what about for a glamorous holiday party as well?!

Via Elephantine.

We are getting the urge to do some last minute holiday crafting after coming across these super cool Danish (or German or Moravian) paper stars! There's a handy tutorial - love this wreath idea, and these would look so great nestled into a Christmas tree, or just hanging around, being festive! And, they would be lovely as a wedding detail (since we have weddings on the brain over here) - perhaps as a cute place card holder? (Fingers tapping chin, contemplatively)...

Shh! We're doing an secret book exchange for our Hello!Lucky Holiday Party. Wonder if anyone will be giving/receiving any of these?

I can name of a few of us who might fancy this one:

Ooh hoo hooo... this one looks like a REAL treat:

ACK! Scary! But full of all sorts of wisdom, no doubt. Via Found in Mom's Basement.

How gorgeous is the typography on these chalkboard drawings by Dana Tanamachi?

These may even rate the extra high honor of Geniusy Genius...So inspiring!

You can find more of her work here.

We've expressed our love for Rob Ryan's papercuts before, but his 2011 calendar takes the cake! Love!

You know that we're fans of silhouettes and Cut Paper designs— notably in Eunice and Daniel's wedding. So, imagine our surprise when we found this cache of Etsy goodness!

Cut paper Peter Pan!? What little girl (or never-grown-up little girl) could resist?

Oh! This adorable brooch! We want the suit to go with, too!

Sweet little swing! The Etsy seller, Tina Tarnoff, appears to be a San Franciscan, too. So much talent in this city!

Adore the vintage Victrola. And there are many more designs to choose from, so check it out. Thanks so much, Tina!

We're very excited to present our latest offering from Chronicle Books: the Pretty Please Mix 'n' Match stationery set - we just got our advance copies! It comes with 16 sheets of pretty (as advertised!) stationery, adorable little envelopes with scalloped flaps and a set of whimsical stickers. It's pretty darned cute, if we do say so ourselves, and you can find it here (available for pre-order)!

Check out our little DIY project on RealSimple.com!

This is a raindrop mobile that Eunice made to hang in her son's nursery - it's super easy to make and babies are mesmerized by the shifting raindrops...you can find the tutorial here.
Sock Monkey ornaments!! We can't imagine anything more perfect for the holidays!
Available at Crate and Barrel. Via BB-links.

Check it out: 7x7 magazine is challenging all you artists out there to participate in their rendition of game that served as the basis for the book The Exquisite Book: 100 Artists Play a Collaborative Game (we were very flattered that they used our page from the book as the first drawing in the game! Woot!). The details can be found here!
We are seriously swooning over Elizabeth Dye's 2011 collection - breathtaking!

Available at the English Department or online here.

Some of us have been traveling here at Hello!Lucky and we're a little confused about what season it is! We thought these delicate silk tree mobiles by Moon-Lily Silk were a refreshing way to look back while marching ever onward toward spring...was it?

Brought to mind our Autumn Leaves design.

And these brought to mind EIEIO's Lunaria design. Lovely, modern and nature-inspired.

And of course, Cherry Blossom.
Such lovely decorations for seasonally inspired weddings!
And, they might look equally beautiful in a nursery, no? (A child's nursery, that is, not an arboreal one where they might get a little lost.)
Thanks so much, Jan, for sharing!

We were so thrilled to be a part of the wedding of Lee & Sean - check out their gorgeous wedding that took place at Barn Diva in Healdsburg (love Barn Diva!)...

We designed her wedding invitations and day of stationery - the wedding invitations were especially cool as our design was laser engraved onto wood veneer by Oslo Press. It really added to the modern organic feel of the invitation...

We made these paddle fans too! Cute, right? Love the yay flags! Genius idea...

A few more lovely details...

Check out this cute Thanksgiving place setting idea from Fiskers (yes, the scissors!). They suggest using it for the kids table, but we think it would be just as cute for adults! Have a great Thanksgiving!!

A few of our favorite letterpress holiday greeting cards are featured on Paper Crave today! Oodles of paper goodness on their lovely blog. Also check out yesterday's post about Hanukkah Cards.
Thanks, Paper Crave!
With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we've got food on the brain! These stunning cakes from DC-area pastry chef Maggie Austin are almost too pretty to eat!
